The Superior Living explains the transition to OPERA Cloud.
In 2021, we made the decision to develop and operate accommodation facilities within our own projects, following an investment model. We have 175 units in Batışehir, mainly consisting of 2+1 and 3+1 units. We opened our facility in Kağıthane in mid-June, where we have 105 units. These units are predominantly studios and 1+1 apartments, but we also have 2+1 units available.

We have been using OPERA Cloud for about a month now. Actually, from the very beginning, this was what we were talking about: Can we manage these operations from a central location? Both on the reservation side and on the accounting side. This was really vital for us, and now especially with OPERA Cloud, being able to do this is really nice. What has changed with Protel solutions? The Superior Living, thanks to Protel solutions, can now easily access operational data anytime, anywhere. They can securely store all their data and view it when needed. They manage their operations in a centralized manner, especially ensuring that audit processes and tasks progress correctly. With the advanced reporting and segmentation features of OPERA Cloud, they can analyze all their data, create a sales strategy by segmenting it, and shape reservation prices based on accurate analyses of revenue management.
