Our hotel, built in 1867 by Italian architect Antonio Tedeschi, has stood the test of time. Acquired in 2010, we underwent a comprehensive restoration process lasting four years, staying true to its original design, and opened our doors to guests in 2014. However, we believe that a hotel with classic architecture should not operate with a traditional service approach but rather with a modern and customer-centric mindset of today.

All software used through Oracle systems and Protel play a significant role in enhancing the quality of services we provide. Especially since the transition to the e-Invoice system, we can say that the programs we use have greatly facilitated our work. Additionally, our hotel has completed a certification process in three stages in a single audit, and during this process, the solution suggestions and software offered by Protel have greatly eased our work. All of our food and beverage departments operate in an integrated manner with central systems thanks to Simphony we acquired from Protel. Furthermore, we have implemented your product Check and Place for our à la carte restaurant and roof bar, and we are extremely satisfied with it. Before using this system, we considered various alternative programs, but we believe that its greatest advantages are being developed by Protel and having Turkish language support.

The Bank Hotel, with Protel's solutions, made its operational processes more efficient, elevating the guest experience to the highest level. With OPERA, reservation processes have been simplified, guest information is instantly transferred to the system, and front office operations have been expedited. Through Check and Place, guests can easily make online reservations for the restaurant and roof bar. By integrating food and beverage departments into the central system with Simphony, guest expenses are directly transferred to the room account. Additionally, stock management, cost analyses, and profitability tracking have become more efficient.
