We have 148 rooms and two restaurants. Among the hotels located around the airport, this hotel stands out with its SPA compared to other hotels. The biggest challenges in hotel management are actually related to the integration of automations. All the automations we use here are Protel automations. In a hotel, depending on the caliber of the hotel, approximately 17-18 software are used. One of the major ones is the program used in the front office, which we have OPERA Cloud. In addition to our PMS and POS systems, we also have an inventory program (Simpra) that we use for control. When these cannot integrate with each other or communicate as we want, we incur loss of revenue.

By having access to the guest's date of birth, phone number, and of course, email address, we can take all necessary actions related to the guest. Unlike the classic OPERA system, with the OPERA Cloud we currently use, we have access from anywhere. In the past, once we left the hotel, OPERA was no longer accessible to us. We used to come up with solutions like trying to connect remotely by opening OPERA from our personal computer or connecting from a computer at home. Now, we have access to everything, not just OPERA, but all the automation systems we use, no matter where we are. This significantly simplifies our work and puts our minds at ease.

This led to a significant reduction in phone call volume and communication traffic between departments. Both top-level managers and department heads can easily access the system even if they are not physically present at the hotel.
