Nova Plaza Hotels has a total of seven hotels in Istanbul. Five of them are located in Taksim, one in Pera, and one in the Bağcılar Mahmutbey area, which is the Nova Plaza Prime Hotel. The largest and five-star hotel among our hotels is the Nova Plaza Prime Hotel with 334 rooms. Additionally, our hotel in Pera houses the historical Çatma Mescit Hamamı built by Mimar Sinan.

In this regard, OPERA has provided us with great support, especially in areas such as reporting, data backup, easy installation, and storing past data, helping us manage processes more efficiently. Additionally, information about guests with special sensitivities such as allergies is saved in the profile notes section, and this information is tracked by relevant departments during their next stays, leading to necessary actions being taken. Moreover, having an accessible support unit at all times greatly facilitates our operational processes. The Oracle solutions we use in the restaurant enable us to track inventory in real-time, quickly access reports, and manage sales forecasting processes more efficiently. Apart from PMS, we also use Portal and MC systems. These systems offer significant advantages in revenue and expense tracking, inventory management, future planning, invoice tracking, and cost analysis. We are extremely satisfied with our collaboration with Protel.
What has changed with Protel solutions?
With Protel solutions, Nova Plaza Prime Hotel has started offering much more personalized services to its guests. Information such as guests' birthdays, allergies, and special requests is recorded in the PMS, making their accommodation experiences more meticulous and comfortable. Through the Oracle solution systems used in the restaurant, real-time inventory tracking and reporting have begun to manage costs and profit-loss balance in the most efficient way. These systems have made a significant contribution to the faster and error-free progression of operational processes.
