We are part of a chain of 170 hotels worldwide. The first of our Four Seasons hotels in Istanbul is Four Seasons Istanbul Sultanahmet, located in the heart of the historic peninsula and opened in 1996. This iconic hotel, with its 65 rooms, offers guests a unique experience by blending the texture of the past with a modern service approach. Our other hotel is Four Seasons Bosphorus, which opened in 2006. Located right on the shore of the Bosphorus and consisting of 170 rooms, this hotel houses many famous restaurants.

IT DirectorAs a hotel operating in the luxury segment, we strive to provide our guests with the highest standards of comfort while also utilizing technology in the most efficient way. Our main ERP provider is Oracle, and we receive support from Protel, the distributor in Turkey. In our hotels, we use Protel's OPERA, Simphony, Reservation Assistant, and Turkey-specific financial integration solutions. We achieved a first among Four Seasons Hotels worldwide by converting 32 physical servers to 4 virtual servers and integrating OPERA into this infrastructure. During the virtualization project, we received great support from Protel regarding OPERA and Simphony integrations. We manage all restaurant operations through Simphony. Thanks to our centralized server, all Simphony operations of both hotels are managed from this center. We carried out these integrations with Protel, and our systems continue to operate smoothly. Additionally, we have many applications that we manage through PortalPlus, completing billing processes on a single screen. PortalPlus greatly contributes to our e-Invoice processes, and our finance team is quite satisfied with this system. What has changed with Protel solutions? Thanks to Protel solutions, the guest experience at Four Seasons Hotels Istanbul has become more personalized. Restaurant and hotel operations are managed seamlessly with OPERA and Simphony integrations. Processes have been accelerated with financial integrations, and infrastructure has been made more efficient with the virtualization project. The finance team works more effectively with billing processes on a single screen. Quick solutions to issues with Protel's support have increased operational efficiency.
