AJWA Cappadocia introduces Protel and Protel products.

Cappadocia, as you know, has a captivating atmosphere with both historical and natural beauty. We are conducting our interview at the 600-square-meter Kılıçarslan Cave Suite, the largest cave suite in the world. AJWA Cappadocia opened its doors in 2021. The construction of our hotel is inspired by Ottoman and Seljuk architecture, as well as caravanserais, in homage to this date. We have 98 guest rooms and 10 cave suites.

As someone who has been in the industry for a long time, I had the opportunity to get to know almost all of Protel's products. When I started in tourism, we were using Fidelio, then we transitioned to OPERA. We completed our transition to Protel's latest product, OPERA Cloud. In the first quarter of 2025, we plan to complete the transition of our hotel in Sultanahmet to OPERA Cloud. The reason we chose Protel is the availability of support lines that we can reach 24/7. The remote access to hotel data provided by OPERA Cloud enabled managers to access all kinds of data even when they were not physically present at the hotel and allowed intervention in every situation. From a technical perspective, the Direct Connectivity (two-way integration) facilitated the transition to OPERA Cloud for AJWA Cappadocia, providing cost advantages and reducing IT expenses.
