Emergency Support in Work Hours (09:00-18:00, Monday-Friday)
During work hours, you can reach us at our call center support lines without first opening a case, in emergency situations such as system shut downs, error messages and other set-backs to your operation. Your case will be opened by our support specialist who gets your call. 

Emergency Support out of Work Hours (18:00 - 09:00, weekends and official holidays)
Out of work hours, you can reach us through our mobile on-duty lines in emergency situations such as system shut downs, error messages and other set-backs to your operation. Your case will be opened by our support specialist who gets your call.

E-Support
You can enter online support requests regarding our products  by opening case entries over the web. E-support enables you to provide reports about the status of your cases, track open cases, make savings from telephone and fax costs. You can also update your company and contact information so as to get full and timely information on products & services, campaigns, user tips, etc. The cases you open in the e-support system are evaluated during work hours.
