M-Reports

M-Reports is a mobile reporting tool developed by Protel in order to add value to the world renowned point of sale (POS) / restaurant management system, MICROS 3700. The M-Reports application running on  BlackBerry and Java-based mobile devices, enables enterprise managers to instantly view their enterprise reports via the M-Reports - MICROS 3700 integration facilitating a real-time flow of information between the enterprise and their mobile devices.

The reports on the screen of your mobile device may ve viewed under three headers within the context of the multi-language supported M-Reports application accessible to MICROS using enterprise managers only.

1. Cashier: Displays sales and cash flow in terms of payment methods per day as well as at pre-determined instants and intervals.

2. Sales: Displays gross and net sales figures per day as well as at pre-determined instants and intervals.

3. Instant Restaurant Info: Displays the 10 best selling products of the day, top 10 best selling personnel and the performance criteria depicting the financial status of the enterprise (outstanding / settled cheques,  number of customers, gross total, net sales, discounted total, VAT, average sales figure per cheque or customer, etc.)

The M-Reports designed for the ease of use at chain enterprises, enables the enterprise managers to draw out real-time consolidated reports.
