TRITON Mobile allows users the freedom to access TRITON and other important information in the PMS from their BlackBerry® devices. A TRITON Mobile user can access the following features:

• Call Registration
Register service requests or complaints instantly in the language of their choice.

• Console
Customize the real time data to track all TRITON jobs, Close jobs, Park Jobs, Re-assign jobs, Reset Jobs.

 Room List
View guests names, check occupancy, view room list.

• My Messages
Users can view all their TRITON messages (assignments and alerts).

• Guest History
View request and complaint history of any guest as well as their profile information from Fidelio/Opera.

• Room History
View Detailed Maintenance history of any room or location in the hotel.

• Minibar
Post minibar consumption directly to PMS.
