Register service requests or complaints instantly in the language of their choice.

Customize the real time data to track all TRITON jobs, Close jobs, Park Jobs, Re-assign jobs, Reset Jobs.

View guests names, check occupancy, view room list.
• My Messages
Users can view all their TRITON messages (assignments and alerts).
• Guest History
View request and complaint history of any guest as well as their profile information from Fidelio/Opera.
• Room History
View Detailed Maintenance history of any room or location in the hotel.

Post minibar consumption directly to PMS.
