Mystay Manager Mobile App


As an OPERA Property Management System and/or OPERA Reservation System customer, making the OPERA MyStayManager iPhone application available to your guests is easy.  

MyStayManager is an application that can be downloaded by your guests via the iTunes App Store. Once your guest has installed the application on their iPhone, they can use it to check availability, make bookings, check-in and much more – directly accessing your hotel online via their iPhone! 

We provide you with the MyStayManager application, and customize it with your hotel logo and colour scheme. After that, the only thing that has to be done is for you to decide which of the application features you wish to offer your guests.

Which MyStayManager features can be available to your guests? 

  • Make a reservation
  • Check-in
  • Select room preferences, i.e. smoking or non smoking
  • Check-out
  • If you have more than one hotel, MyStayManager can be configured to show all of them within the same application

In order to activate the application, a dedicated workstation is needed at your hotel. On this we will install OPERA web services, which will allow communication to take place between MyStayManager and your OPERA Property Management System and/or OPERA Reservation System.

In the future, MyStayManager will be enhanced to allow you to let your guests place room service orders directly on their iPhone, and also to reserve appointments directly into certified golf or spa software systems that you may be using. 

Already now, you may choose to additionally integrate the mobile door key functionality within MyStayManager – this option is available together with technology from OpenWays that can be incorporated into most existing electronic door locks.

Once MyStayManager has been activated, only the imagination of you and your team sets the limit in how you can use this powerful tool to market your hotel.
