We want to share with you the news of the establishment of a new Customer Relations Department that will control the quality of our services and become the voice of our customers among ourselves.
The department is structured at the Assistant General Manager level. Murat Dikici, as the head of the department, will use his know-how and experience for meeting our customers’ needs at a higher level. We have transferred our most capable employees from the support and training departments so as to be able provide top quality customer relations services for our customers.
