The first five star hotel of a developing city 
 

Anemon Malatya Hotel and Convention Center, the latest hotel of the Anemon Hotels chain, has started welcoming its guests as of July 2009. The hotel that has a total of 187 rooms is about 6km. to the city center.

As it is the case with the other hotels of the Anemon Group, Anemon Malatya is managed using MICROS-Fidelio solutions. The hotel using the OPERA Xpress edition, benefits from all advantages of the easy to install and easily customizable hotel management system.
MICROS 3700 solution was chosen for the restaurant and sales point management . The procurement, inventory and cost management functions are taken care of by the Fidelio Materials Control Management. The inventory and front office software are fully integrated to the central accounting system.

The Anemon Group with its 12 hotels over Turkey, will be using myfidelio.net for its online sales and marketing activities. With myfidelio.net making 7 days x 24 hours of reservation possible, room sales will be realized over several channels such as the GDS’s (Global Distribution Systems), ADS (Alternative Distribution Systems / online travel agents) and the hotel’s own website(s). The availability over all these channels can be easily managed from a central access point. The two-way integration between the myfidelio.net solution and OPERA makes it possible for the reservations to be directly posted to the front office system and the related information to be automatically updated in real-time over several sales channels.

The web sites of the Anemon Hotels that are now fully capable of taking reservations were initially renewed by Protel’s JetWeb solution developed for the hospitality industry. This solution allows for the building of websites structured on the Microsoft’s Sharepoint technology which may then be accessed and updated from any location with an active Internet connection.
