The Central Marketing Management Project is coming to life at the Marmara 
 

The Marmara Hotels & Resorts that have been using Protel provided solutions since 1997, are now bringing to life the Fidelio Central Marketing Management (Merkezi Pazarlama Yonetimi / MPY) Project.

Starting as of February 2010, all sales & marketing activities of the Marmara properties will be centrally managed. The Booker Incentive function has also been redeveloped so as to be first implemented by the Marmara properties. By virtue of this redevelopment, the people who make reservations under a guest’s name will be earning bonus points and will be able to use these bonus points as discounts or gift cards.

The Marmara Hotels & Resorts that will be using the Microsoft CRM 4.0 platform as their central database within the context of the MPY Project, will be able to manage all profile and guest behavior related information from a single point due to the two-way Fidelio integration. The storing of survey results, expense postings, profile features, comments and notes in a central database will enable effective management of information about guest behavior.
