This establishment works by a self-service system with which the customer can choose and buy  the products he/she wants from the shelves. HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) constitutes one of the biggest customer groups of Metro. 
 POS A.Ş. is now taking part in Metro stores to serve HORECA customer group by its Micros “point of sale” solutions. By this project which POS A.Ş and Metro combines their powers, Metro will provide complete service to its customers while POS A.Ş. will be presenting Micros products to its customers from a different sales channel.
