The galamorous Gardens of Babylon built after the Vine Gardens of Babylon, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, is hosting its guests in Bodrum. The hotel built upon 40 acres of land is made up of a 53-room boutique hotel and 74 residences. The Project in which the residence owners can benefit from all of the services and activities offered for the guests of the boutique hotel, the residences can also be rented as an extension of the roooms of the boutique hotel. The system is based on a revenue sharing model.

The management of the hotel and residences of the Gardens of Babylon is undertaken by one of the most prevalent and successful solutions of the World, namely OPERA Vacation Ownership System (OVOS).
