JTECH’s Guest Alert is a paging system enables any kind of store / restaurant manager to warn his / her guests who are waiting to be seated and thus allows for effective management of customer expectations. Guests who have been provided with JTECH pagers can spend their time anywhere in the coverage area while they are waiting to be called / seated at their tables by yourself instead of having to wait at any given point. The wireless system with an approximate coverage area of 600 meters in diameter lets the guests know that their tables are available by voice alerts. JTECH devices are available in various alternative models according to the type and size of the operation.

JTECH devices warn the guests who may go out of the coverage area so as to prevent losing potential guests and / or the JTECH devices. The devices can also be considered as a marketing tool by virtue of the promotional space they physically offer.
