Kaf Hotels International Group of the KAF Holding with headquarters in Moscow, has chosen Turkey as the first step of its multi-step tourism investments. The five-star Crown Plaza Antalya, built in Antalya Konyaalti, will be operated as a franchise under the InterContinental’s Crown Plaza brand.  The hotel will be operational in April 2009.

Crown Plaza Antalya will be cooperating with Protel and will use MICROS-Fidelio solutions starting from its opening date. 
Crown Plaza Antalya with 194 rooms and 390 beds has a total of five conference rooms, the largest of which has a theater set-up and a 750 people capacity. The hotel designed as a city hotel, will use the OPERA Xpress solution. OPERA Xpress, a web-based and streamlined version of OPERA Property Management System (PMS), is flexible enough to be developed according to the needs of any property. Its screens may also be rearranged based on the work processes of the property.

As its restaurant management system, Crown Plaza Antalya will use the MICROS 9700 solution that works in integration with OPERA Xpress. With its web-based and scalable structure, MICROS 9700 offers all the tools for a fast, flawless and high-quality service at all point of sales and especially at the table service operations.

The hotel has chosen to use Logo Tiger as its commercial system. The information flow between Logo Tiger and Fidelio will be carried on by the Portal Interface Software developed by Protel. Thus, the need for entry of similar information into two different applications wil be eliminated and highly probable user faults and inconsistencies will be prevented.
